Step 1. Complete a Site Survey or Call Toll Free: 1-866-978-4613 or email: sales@vsatus.com

This will help us to determine the type of installation, building construction and access, customer needs, etc., and can be done on-line in just a few moments.

Step 2. You Are Contacted by a Vsat U.S. Sr. Sales Engineer

Within 24 hours, a Vsat U.S. Senior Sales Engineer will contact you to discuss your needs, applications and expectations. 

Step 3. The Paperwork 

Your Sr. Sales Engineer will send you our Service and Equipment Agreements, just take a few minutes to complete them with your payment preference and Fax them back. 

Step 4. Scheduling the Install

Within 48 hours of your order, a Vsat U.S. Installation Coordinator (IC) will contact you to schedule your equipment installation time. 

Step 5. Installation Day

Standard installation takes four to six hours, unless there is pole mounting, trenching, extended cable runs, or other complicating factors. 

Installations are usually complete within 15 days or less.
